CentOS 6 Download
CentOS 6 Download instructions, mirrors are listed below for CentOS 6 ISO’s simply download the file to your PC and double click the .iso file in Windows 7 and burn to DVD. Make sure you select the correct Architecture when you download CentOS 6 (i686 or x86_64) if your PC or Server was made in the last couple of years you should probably get the CentOS download for x86_64. How to Download CentOS 6
- Browse to the CentOS Mirror List
- Select a local mirror
- Select 6.2 (at time of print 6.2 is current)
- We recommend using the CentOS download torrent if possible they are fast and torrents prevent corrupted ISO files, they can normally be found at the top of the file list on the mirrors (if you need a Torrent client we recommend uTorrent).
- Wait until your files have downloaded and burn to disk using the instructions above fr W7 or use your DVD burning software
